Excision of Ganglion
Ganglion cysts are the most common mass or lump in the hand. Ganglion cysts are lumps that most often appear along the tendons or joints of wrists or hands. They also can occur in ankles and feet. Ganglion cysts are typically round or oval and are filled with a jellylike fluid. They are not cancer.
Sebaceous cyst
Epidermoid cyst, also known as a sebaceous cyst, is a benign encapsulated, subepidermal nodule filled with keratin material. Although most commonly located on the face, neck, and trunk, epidermoid cysts can be found anywhere including the scrotum, genitalia, fingers, and cases within the buccal mucosa.

Circumcision is a procedure that removes the foreskin from the human penis. Medical indications for circumcision include but are not limited to phimosis, paraphimosis, balanoposthitis, balanitis, early foreskin malignancies, Zoon balanitis, the need for long-term intermittent catheterization, and recurrent urinary tract infections.
